The luminescent city of Las Vegas puts the state of Nevada on the map, but so do tourist attractions such as the Hoover Dam, Lake Tahoe and the stark beauty of the Mojave Desert.
In terms of Nevada real estate, the city of Reno has seen a great deal of regeneration in recent decades. Many of the old buildings, former casinos have been transformed into sought after condominiums. Henderson, a district in the southwest of Las Vegas, is a fast growing large area with new developments being added to the outskirts all the time. Single-family homes set on fine sized plots seem to be the order of this region. Good schools, shops and leisure facilities seal this area as a great place to reside.
